the process
GATHERING REQUISITE INFORMATION
As we strive to keep the visualization cost as low as we can, we gather all relevant information, such as drawings, 3D models, sketches, number of requiered images and expected turnaround before starting with the visualization process.
3d modeling
If existing 3D models are available, we can swiftly evaluate, whether your model is suitable for us to continue to work with. Having an existing model translates into significant time and cost savings, but is not mandatory.
Project initiation
On accepting our quotation and payment of the retainer fee, we commence work on your project.
During the 3D architectural modeling process, we will submit images at different stages of the project for your valuable feedback and assure everything is aligned with your expectations. All images sent during the project will be watermarked, except for the final set of renders on receipt of the final payment.
"Point of view"
Once we receive your confirmation for the final version of the 3D model, we will generate a number of low-res images for you to choose your preffered "point of view" for each render in order to ensure you recieve all renders as per your specific requirement.
After the "point of view" has been selected accordingly, we finalize the material finishes, lighting, etc, carefully incorporating your feedback at all stages of the rendering process.
The final stage
Finally we proceed to render the final set of images in high-resolution and will fine-tune the rendered images.
The images are then sent to you for final approval in order to ensure that everything is in line with your expectations.
delivery and invoice
After receipt of the final payment and approval of the final set of images, we will submit the high resolution images without watermarks.
